Gino consults with a wide range of organizations to advise on and execute on the challenges of identifying and acquiring leaders who will drive positive impact for their business and company culture. He specializes in senior leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Marketing Officers and Vice Presidents across a range of industries and functional areas.

He actively supports his client companies to maximize their strategic outreach nationwide and secure hard-to-find executive leadership candidates wherever they may currently reside.

Experience

Gino has over 20 years of search, placement and business experience and has been a trusted advisor and partner to a diverse range of companies – from startups to global enterprises. He has executed hundreds of successful search engagements nationally, from the senior-level through the C-suite. His experience includes owning and operating an executive search and recruitment business and running executive search and talent management for a leading C-suite executive services firm. He has been an in-house search executive with two of the world’s most successful brands based in Seattle and has recruited for a top-ranked global human capital firm. This background has provided Gino a unique and broad perspective on executive search, talent acquisition, strategy, process, hiring, retention and workplace culture.

Personal and Professional Activities

Gino earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central Washington University and resides in the Seattle area with his family. He is an avid sports fan, has a love of golf and the outdoors, and is actively involved in youth sports in his community as a baseball coach and mentor.
