Dominique Forotti

Dominique is a Managing Director based in the Washington, D.C., office of Robert Half Executive Search. She brings over 20 years of advisory, business development and strategy experience to the searches she manages, collaborating with clients across a variety of industries to help solve their most challenging leadership dilemmas.

Experience

Dominique is a global leader in the executive search industry, having completed a multitude of searches in a variety of industries and functional areas. Most recently, she was a leader in the aerospace, defense, government and technology services arenas. In this capacity, she advised clients on their executive leadership needs at the C-suite and VP levels across finance, operations, growth, human resources, engineering, program management, legal and technology. Her clients range from multibillion-dollar public companies to privately held private equity- and/or venture capital-backed organizations.

Over the course of her career, Dominique has led searches across multiple industries including retail, financial services (investment banking, capital markets, asset and wealth management, and fintech), professional services, and hospitality at search firms in Washington, D.C., and New York City. Her strengths lie in finding solutions for the most esoteric searches. For each client, she ensures solutions meet not only functional requirements, but organizational culture fit as well.

Prior to her career in executive search, Dominique worked as a banker in investment banking and capital markets at Banc of America Securities and Credit Suisse.

Personal and Professional Activities

Dominique was educated in Europe and the U.S., receiving her BA in psychology from Boston University where she was a member of the women’s varsity crew team. She is an active volunteer at her children’s school and in the local community in Virginia and coaches youth tennis. Dominique is also fluent in French and Spanish.
