Christina Flessas

Christina is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s centralized, shared service oriented team of search coordinators. The team provides nationwide support to our RH ES N.A. executive search team of Managing Directors, Principals and Associates who specialize in the search and placement of executive leadership talent across a broad spectrum of functional areas and industry sectors.

Based in the firm’s shared service nerve center in Boston, Christina coordinates all search execution support activity for all of our offices in North America.

Experience

Christina joined Robert Half Executive Search in early 2016. She has brought her prior experience in administrative work and customer service to excel in the Search Coordinator function. Her rhythm of professionalism, detail-orientation and ability to communicate proficiently and efficiently, has led her to be recently promoted to her latest role with our company. She is responsible for developing and leading our team of RH ES Search Coordinators in a fast-paced, ever-changing and challenging support function for various search engagements across North America.

Prior to joining the Robert Half Executive Search team, Christina worked at a logistics company as well as supported customer service positions. She also had significant experience in marketing and communication internships.

Personal and Professional Activities

Christina supports the S.P.C.A, and Leukemia foundation.

She is an alumna of Suffolk University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and a minor in English.
