Attila Bardos

Attila Bardos is a VP, Managing Director with Robert Half Executive Search, specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level management professionals. He actively supports his client companies to maximize their strategic outreach nationwide and secure hard-to-find executive leadership candidates wherever they may currently reside.

Experience

Attila joined Robert Half in 2011. Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, he was the Division Director of Oakland’s Management Resources division. He led the recruiting and business development efforts for senior-level finance, accounting and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis for the East Bay. During his tenure as Division Director, Attila achieved both a Chairman’s Club and President’s Club Leadership Award. Before joining Robert Half, Attila was a finance executive with senior financial leadership experience at three Fortune 500 companies — Clorox, Apple and Schwab — before becoming the CFO of three middle-market companies. As a CFO, Attila co-led the dramatic turnaround and sale of two of the companies. Having been an executive in Fortune 500 and middle-market firms, as well as a divisional leader with Robert Half, Attila brings a wealth of experience to the Executive Search team.

Personal and Professional Activities

Attila lives in Danville, Calif., and is married with three daughters, a granddaughter and a grandson. Throughout his career, Attila has been an active member of the East Bay community and has been involved with numerous volunteer organizations and charities, from coaching his daughters’ softball and soccer teams, to being a Junior Achievement Advisor, a Big Brother volunteer and a Big Brother Board member. Attila has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and an MBA from San Jose State University.
