We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role involves contributing to the development of a cutting-edge AI tool by capturing grocery item pricing data to enhance consumer convenience. If you enjoy hands-on tasks and have a knack for working with technology, this position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Capture clear and accurate photographs of grocery store items, ensuring pricing and sales information is included.<br>• Upload collected data to the designated system, following established guidelines for accuracy and organization.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet data collection goals and deadlines.<br>• Handle digital cameras and other equipment effectively to ensure high-quality results.<br>• Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor when interacting with store staff and customers.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to data upload or equipment.<br>• Ensure all collected data is properly documented and stored for future use.<br>• Adapt to varying store environments while maintaining efficiency and precision.

• Proficiency in photography, with experience using digital cameras.<br>• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.<br>• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with store staff and customers.<br>• Familiarity with basic scanning or document management tools.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address minor technical issues.<br>• Comfortable working in different retail environments.<br>• Previous experience in data collection or similar roles is an asset.
