The team members are primarily in the Vancouver area, and there are periodical get-togethers with other staff in Vancouver throughout the year. Since this is the first time for the company to have a dedicated, in-house software developer, there is still lots of ‘blank canvas’ and a chance to setup processes and tools from scratch. At the same time, you will be well-supported and you’ll be joining a mature company.
