Recruitment Assistant
<p>We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our healthcare team in Vancouver, British Columbia, on a contract basis. In this role, you will support a specific program, assisting internationally educated physicians with their application and documentation processes. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous and highly organized, with strong administrative skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Support the application process for internationally educated medical professionals, ensuring all required documentation is collected and organized.</p><p>• Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Assist with the preparation and coordination of licensing and immigration paperwork for program participants.</p><p>• Track participant progress throughout the program lifecycle, providing updates and support as needed.</p><p>• Respond to inquiries from applicants, program candidates, and partner organizations in a thorough and timely manner.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members during daily meetings to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</p><p>• Handle confidential information with care and adhere to security protocols when managing sensitive documents.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, to streamline administrative tasks.</p><p>• Participate in training sessions to learn and apply internal processes effectively.</p><p>• Ensure all documentation is stored in the designated areas and complies with organizational standards.</p>
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.<br>• Minimum of three years of experience in a related administrative or recruitment role, preferably within a healthcare setting.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.<br>• Familiarity with database management and document tracking systems.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when handling large volumes of documentation.<br>• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with consultants, applicants, and team members.<br>• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information securely.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly to training materials and new processes while working independently or within a team.
