We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and human resources. As an integral part of our team, you will focus on attracting and hiring top talent while supporting various recruitment processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and screening candidates.<br>• Utilize tools such as ADP Workforce Now and ATS systems to streamline hiring processes.<br>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.<br>• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.<br>• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring effectiveness.<br>• Create job postings on platforms such as CareerBuilder and other job boards.<br>• Maintain and update candidate information within CRM systems.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout all hiring activities.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices in talent acquisition.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.<br>• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other HR tools.<br>• Familiarity with ATS systems and CRM platforms.<br>• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Experience with onboarding and HR administration.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
