In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting, auditing, and consolidations. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of financial processes and supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities:• Manage the consolidation of financial data across 10 to 15 entities to ensure accurate reporting.• Oversee month-end processes, including accruals and reconciliations, to maintain timely financial close.• Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational objectives.• Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting and operational processes.• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their growth and development.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and auditing.• Proven expertise in month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.• Strong knowledge of preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with standards.• Demonstrated ability to work with external auditors and support audit procedures.• Experience managing financial consolidations across multiple entities.• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is preferred.
