<ul><li>Proven ability to lead, inspire, and influence operational teams.</li><li>Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify solutions to complex challenges.</li><li>Expertise in business planning, budget management, and strategic development.</li><li>Ability to mentor and coach team members, encourage collaboration, and manage conflict effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to organizational compliance, workplace safety, and employee well-being.</li><li>10+ years of experience in transportation/logistics industry.</li><li>5+ years of senior level management experience</li></ul><p><br></p>
