<p>Our client in <strong>Edmonton </strong>is seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Intermediate Accountant</strong> for a long-term contract within the real estate and facilities management sector. This role supports the financial operations of revenue-generating properties and plays a key part in accurate reporting and month-end processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain fixed asset schedules and support interbank transfers</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits</li><li>Analyze financial results and identify variances or improvement opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p>
