Facilities Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>Facilities Assistant </strong>to join their team to support daily office operations in Edmonton, Alberta. This role plays a key part in maintaining a functional, well-supported workplace.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing office services such as kitchen supplies, water coolers, printing, and shredding.</li><li>Supporting employee onboarding with workstation setup and facilities orientation.</li><li>Coordinating with IT and HR on employee account setup and maintenance.</li><li>Scheduling and assisting with equipment and furniture installations and office moves.</li><li>Overseeing printer servicing, toner tracking, and supply management.</li><li>Liaising with vendors and contractors.</li><li>Responding to facility-related requests with excellent customer service.</li><li>Tracking facility tasks using a CMMS system.</li></ul>
