<p>Our client is seeking a skilled <strong>Property Accountant </strong>to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on core accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and balance sheet standardization. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in commercial property management and is comfortable working with complex financial data.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform detailed bank reconciliations, including high-volume consolidated accounts.</li><li>Process invoices and maintain accurate financial documentation.</li><li>Support balance sheet reconciliation standardization and improvements.</li><li>Send daily deposit notifications and communicate financial updates.</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.</li><li>Manage receipt batches for commercial revenue.</li><li>Use Excel tools and Yardi to analyze, maintain, and review financial records.</li><li>Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.</li></ul>
