<p><strong>THE ROLE: </strong></p><p>This contract opportunity role leads a large, multi‑workstream finance project tied to legal entity restructuring following a major merger. You will bring structure, documentation, and governance to a project already in motion while coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring key dependencies are clearly mapped. This position requires strong project management capability with a solid understanding of finance operations.</p><p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p><ul><li>Document workstreams and interdependencies; build and maintain a detailed project plan</li><li>Organize and communicate meetings; support team and project office coordination</li><li>Identify resource gaps and work with business units to ensure coverage</li><li>Review and document business processes to support future project stages</li><li>Establish and manage a steering committee for project governance</li><li>Oversee project administration, status reporting, and ongoing project controls</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>You are a strong project manager with a solid understanding of finance processes and organizational structure. You are confident coordinating multiple stakeholders, handling ambiguity, and bringing order to complex initiatives with many moving parts.</p><p>You excel at documentation, communication, and building alignment across large groups. You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable picking up a project mid‑stream while maintaining momentum.
