<p>We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our client's team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences and develop innovative training materials tailored to meet organizational needs. Using your expertise in instructional design and e-learning tools, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver impactful educational content.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and develop interactive learning solutions using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.</p><p>• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized content.</p><p>• Develop storyboards and scripts to guide the creation of e-learning modules and other educational materials.</p><p>• Apply instructional design principles to ensure training materials are effective, engaging, and learner-focused.</p><p>• Create web-based applications and interactive content to support online learning initiatives.</p><p>• Review and update existing training programs to align with organizational goals and industry standards.</p><p>• Ensure all training materials are user-friendly and accessible to diverse audiences.</p><p>• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.</p><p>• Conduct research to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design.</p>

• Proven experience in instructional design, including creating e-learning modules and interactive content.<br>• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.<br>• Strong ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop tailored learning solutions.<br>• Solid understanding of storyboarding techniques and instructional design methodologies.<br>• Experience in creating web-based applications and interactive learning tools.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.<br>• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for online learning.<br>• Ability to stay updated on new trends and technologies in instructional design.
