Responsibilities:• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.• Develop and implement strategies for improving business processes, including financial, human capital, and customer relationship management systems.• Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and achieve project goals.• Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.• Manage procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships to streamline operations and achieve cost-effective results.• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all stages of project execution and delivery.• Provide leadership and direction to team members, delegating tasks and offering guidance as needed.• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation to track project progress and outcomes.• Implement best practices for strategic sourcing and operational performance improvement.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout projects.

• Proven experience in project management and delivery in IT or related fields.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and guide teams effectively.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in analyzing and improving workflows and processes.• Familiarity with various business systems, including CRM, financial management, and supply chain.• Solid understanding of procurement, logistics, and vendor management.• Ability to implement strategies and best practices for operational excellence.• Experience in documenting and tracking project progress using relevant tools and methods.
