They are looking for a Commodity Marketing Specialist to support the movement of recyclable materials from facilities to approved end markets—ensuring efficient, transparent, and reliable material flow across the province.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main duties:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate daily allocation and transportation of recyclable commodities from RFs/MRFs to end‑market partners</li><li>Build strong relationships with end markets and brokers</li><li>Monitor contamination trends and material quality</li><li>Troubleshoot logistics issues with internal teams and external partners</li><li>Maintain accurate chain‑of‑custody and operational reporting</li><li>Track domestic and international market trends</li><li>Support process improvements, data dashboards, and post‑collection projects (including GHG initiatives)</li></ul>

In this role, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for employees and guests by managing various workplace services. If you excel in customer service and organizational tasks, we encourage you to apply and be part of a dynamic team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to established security protocols.<br>• Organize and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.<br>• Coordinate and oversee janitorial and maintenance work orders to ensure a clean and functional environment.<br>• Manage workplace services such as mail distribution, office supplies, and onboarding processes.<br>• Respond to inquiries and complaints from employees, visitors, and colleagues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.<br>• Plan and execute on-site events, including securing event spaces, setting up and dismantling rooms, and delivering necessary supplies.<br>• Comply with property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to maintain safety.<br>• Liaise with vendors to arrange services and goods required for workplace operations.<br>• Communicate detailed and complex information clearly within the team and follow managerial instructions.<br>• Apply established procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
