This is a <strong>fully remote opportunity</strong>, open to candidates located in <strong>Ontario or Quebec</strong>, with the requirement to work standard <strong>Eastern Time hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM)</strong>. This role offers the chance to work on a high-visibility platform and collaborate with both internal teams and external technology partners while contributing to the improvement of user experience and QA practices.</p><p><br></p><p> As a Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in <strong>manual testing</strong>, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Developing, maintaining, and executing test cases and test plans</li><li>Performing functional, regression, and user acceptance testing in UAT and production environments</li><li>Creating and maintaining Release Notes for each production release</li><li>Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using appropriate tools</li><li>Collaborating with project managers and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues</li><li>Providing clear written documentation of test results and QA processes</li><li>Assisting the Application Support team with stakeholder tickets when not actively testing</li><li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA practices and user experience standards</li></ul>
