In this role, you will manage and enhance Salesforce systems while supporting integration and automation across enterprise applications. This hybrid position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to create scalable solutions tailored to business needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Salesforce Platform Ownership</p><ul><li>Administer, configure, and enhance the Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and related modules)</li><li>Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls</li><li>Develop reports, dashboards, flows, and workflow automations</li><li>Support ongoing platform optimization and governance</li><li>Collaborate with business SMEs to gather requirements and deliver solutions</li></ul><p>API & Integration Development</p><ul><li>Design and support API-driven integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems</li><li>Work with middleware solutions (MuleSoft preferred) to enable real-time and batch data exchange</li><li>Support integrations with systems such as PSA tools, HRIS platforms (e.g., Ceridian/Dayforce), and other enterprise applications</li><li>Ensure interoperability, scalability, and secure data movement</li><li>Partner with internal and external MuleSoft support resources as needed</li></ul><p>Intelligent Automation & Systems Enablement</p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation</li><li>Translate conceptual business needs into practical, technical solutions</li><li>Improve data quality, reduce manual processes, and enhance reporting accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p>
