Our client, based in Langley, BC, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Data Warehouse & Integration) for an approximately 5-month contract engagement (30 hours/week). Due to the collaborative nature of the project, preference will be given to candidates located in the Lower Mainland who can work closely with internal Finance, Operations, and IT teams, as well as external Sage consultants. This is a highly technical role focused on data mapping, data transformation, integration, cleansing, and warehousing activities across multiple source systems rather than traditional reporting or dashboard development. Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze and map data from multiple enterprise systems, including financial, operational, HR, fleet management, dispatch, and other business platforms.</li><li>Work with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to understand source system data structures and business requirements.</li><li>Perform source-to-target data mapping and define transformation rules for warehouse integration.</li><li>Cleanse, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Support the integration of flat-file, database, and API-based data sources into the enterprise data warehouse.</li><li>Execute data transformation and validation activities using SQL and related tools.</li><li>Collaborate with Sage consultants and implementation partners to support data onboarding into Sage Enterprise Intelligence.</li><li>Identify and resolve data quality, data consistency, and integration issues.</li><li>Assist with data migration, testing, reconciliation, and user acceptance activities.</li><li>Document data flows, mapping specifications, transformation logic, and integration requirements.</li><li>Support the continued onboarding of new data sources into the enterprise analytics environment.</li></ul>

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a construction-focused organization in British Columbia on a Long-term Contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with finance, operations, and external accounting partners to strengthen reporting, budgeting, and project visibility across the business. This position is ideal for a finance specialist who brings strong construction accounting knowledge, NetSuite systems expertise, and the ability to translate operational needs into practical financial insights. Responsibilities:• Act as a key resource for finance and operational teams by guiding users on the construction module and helping stakeholders build confidence in its day-to-day use.• Collaborate with external accounting partners and internal leaders to deliver support, answer process-related questions, and improve understanding of system capabilities.• Lead discussions with operations and finance groups to identify reporting priorities, define information needs, and shape meaningful performance measures for project oversight.• Coordinate the preparation and transfer of project-related information, including estimates, labour details, equipment records, workforce data, and CSI coding, for a portfolio of active projects.• Review legacy coding structures and assess conversion accuracy to ensure budgets, forecasts, and project tracking align properly within the updated financial framework.• Develop practical reporting timelines and routines that provide operations teams with timely, decision-ready insights on project performance.• Support data loading, setup, and configuration activities required to enable reliable reporting and ongoing use of the platform.• Analyze financial and operational information to identify inconsistencies, resolve issues, and improve the quality of project-level reporting outputs.
