Our client, based in Langley, BC, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Data Warehouse & Integration) for an approximately 5-month contract engagement (30 hours/week). Due to the collaborative nature of the project, preference will be given to candidates located in the Lower Mainland who can work closely with internal Finance, Operations, and IT teams, as well as external Sage consultants. This is a highly technical role focused on data mapping, data transformation, integration, cleansing, and warehousing activities across multiple source systems rather than traditional reporting or dashboard development. Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze and map data from multiple enterprise systems, including financial, operational, HR, fleet management, dispatch, and other business platforms.</li><li>Work with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to understand source system data structures and business requirements.</li><li>Perform source-to-target data mapping and define transformation rules for warehouse integration.</li><li>Cleanse, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Support the integration of flat-file, database, and API-based data sources into the enterprise data warehouse.</li><li>Execute data transformation and validation activities using SQL and related tools.</li><li>Collaborate with Sage consultants and implementation partners to support data onboarding into Sage Enterprise Intelligence.</li><li>Identify and resolve data quality, data consistency, and integration issues.</li><li>Assist with data migration, testing, reconciliation, and user acceptance activities.</li><li>Document data flows, mapping specifications, transformation logic, and integration requirements.</li><li>Support the continued onboarding of new data sources into the enterprise analytics environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day pricing and trade support activities, including updates, promotional administration, customer tracking, and follow-up analysis on program results. • Assist with drafting, organizing, and monitoring customer agreements, approval documentation, and other commercial records to ensure timely processing. • Contribute to financial and performance reviews by tracking accruals, examining rebates, and preparing regular reporting for internal stakeholders. • Support assessments related to product launches, promotional planning, pricing decisions, and customer segmentation through data gathering and analysis. • Maintain the accuracy of trade and pricing information by validating data and assisting with the upkeep of related systems, tools, and files. • Create clear presentations, summaries, and reports for cross-functional discussions and leadership updates. • Help ensure activities follow company policies, established commercial procedures, and applicable local compliance requirements. • Provide documentation support for audits, record retention, and information requests related to trade and pricing programs. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to help deliver commercial initiatives effectively. • Assist with process documentation, internal training support, continuous improvement efforts, and other assigned analytical or operational tasks as needed.
