Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support efficient day-to-day operations in our office. This position is well suited to an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can coordinate administrative activities, support staff, and keep financial and office processes running smoothly. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain an organized and productive workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily office activities to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.<br>• Coordinate calendars, incoming communications, and general office workflows to support smooth operations.<br>• Provide guidance to administrative staff and help maintain consistent office procedures and service standards.<br>• Manage payroll-related administration, process invoices, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.<br>• Prepare month-end reporting information and assist with full-cycle accounting activities using QuickBooks.<br>• Maintain organized records, documents, and office files while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.<br>• Respond to internal and external inquiries with a strong customer service approach.<br>• Monitor office needs and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or similar administrative leadership role.<br>• Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative support, and customer service practices.<br>• Hands-on experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.<br>• Ability to assist with month-end reporting and full-cycle accounting responsibilities.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and confidence working with standard office software.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
