Executive Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high-level support in a fast paced environment. This position is suited to an individual who can keep priorities organized, communicate effectively, and manage confidential matters with sound judgement. You will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate complex administrative activities, and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations across the business.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements while ensuring schedules remain accurate and aligned with shifting business priorities.</p><p>• Prepare clear correspondence, internal communications, and briefing materials that reflect the organization’s tone and standards.</p><p>• Support senior leaders with day-to-day administrative operations, including document preparation, follow-up on action items, and meeting logistics.</p><p>• Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential files with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.</p><p>• Act as a central point of contact for administrative requests, helping teams stay informed and ensuring timely communication across departments.</p><p>• Assist with planning leadership meetings, employee events, and special projects by managing timelines, resources, and logistics.</p><p>• Monitor multiple ongoing tasks at once, identify issues early, and implement practical solutions to keep work moving forward smoothly.</p><p>• Contribute to office and administrative procedures by recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency.</p>
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or a comparable fast-paced office role.<br>• Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders and manage competing priorities with discretion and strong organizational skills.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear and business-ready documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of office administration, administrative procedures, and day-to-day operational support practices.<br>• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.<br>• Composed, resourceful, and solution-focused approach when working under pressure or responding to urgent requests.<br>• Experience with event coordination, executive project support, or work within a complex organizational structure is considered an asset.
