Administration Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will provide essential support to various administrative and HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at multitasking. </p><p> Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities. </li><li>Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner. </li><li>Maintain accurate filing systems and records for efficient document retrieval and compliance purposes. </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and assistance. </li><li>Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to avoid interruptions to operational needs. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to support project deadlines, timelines, and deliverables. </li><li>Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and ensuring all information is current and properly recorded. </li><li>Coordinate and support onsite or virtual training sessions, creating a productive and organized environment for participants. </li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall business operations and team objectives.</li></ul>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.<br>• Proficiency in managing filing systems, both physical and digital.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.<br>• Experience in creating detailed reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.<br>• Familiarity with office supply management and procurement processes.<br>• Ability to work independently and proactively address administrative needs.<br>• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and external contacts.
