Sr. Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Welland, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer interactions, overseeing order processes, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process customer orders and make updates to schedules as needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Maintain and update forecasts for products with extended lead times.<br>• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all customer transactions.<br>• Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.<br>• Reconcile and invoice consignment inventory to maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to follow up on orders and resolve any issues.<br>• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.<br>• Manage data effectively, sharing relevant information with appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.<br>• Utilize ERP systems, such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, to process and track orders.<br>• Support billing and claim administration processes as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.<br>• Experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br>• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.<br>• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.<br>• Familiarity with processes such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
