We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. As part of a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in supporting hiring needs across multiple portfolios. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Coordinate hiring activities for both graduate and experienced roles to meet organizational demands. • Maintain and update recruitment records and workflows using internal systems. • Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Manage a high volume of hiring needs, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly. • Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of recruitment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to support talent acquisition efforts. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, managing end-to-end processes. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as Ceridian Dayforce. • Strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and HR software. • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards such as Indeed. • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment with tight deadlines. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
