HR Recruiter
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. As part of a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in supporting hiring needs across multiple portfolios.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Coordinate hiring activities for both graduate and experienced roles to meet organizational demands.<br>• Maintain and update recruitment records and workflows using internal systems.<br>• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.<br>• Manage a high volume of hiring needs, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.<br>• Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of recruitment.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.<br>• Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to support talent acquisition efforts.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices.<br>• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, managing end-to-end processes.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as Ceridian Dayforce.<br>• Strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and HR software.<br>• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards such as Indeed.<br>• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment with tight deadlines.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
