We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will design and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will develop scalable and secure solutions while ensuring a seamless user experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules tailored to business requirements.<br>• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to optimize system functionality.<br>• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow performance and functionality.<br>• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of configurations while maintaining detailed documentation.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.<br>• Stay informed about updates and best practices in ServiceNow to apply improvements.<br>• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and risk management frameworks.<br>• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.<br>• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.<br>• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including Service Portal and Flow Designer.<br>• Strong understanding of platform security, access control lists (ACLs), and best practices.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred.<br>• Experience with integration tools such as IntegrationHub and cloud platforms like Azure.<br>• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and advanced scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
