We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves leveraging your expertise to optimize CRM integrations, improve data accuracy, and support system automation. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects within the non-profit sector.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Optimize and maintain Salesforce integrations to ensure seamless functionality across systems.<br>• Develop and implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Conduct comprehensive data cleanup to improve the accuracy and reliability of CRM databases.<br>• Collaborate with data analysts to address system maintenance needs and implement targeted enhancements.<br>• Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices within Salesforce.<br>• Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, to support system improvements.<br>• Implement client-side scripting and cloud technologies to support CRM and ERP processes.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.<br>• Manage workflows and ensure smooth integration with SharePoint systems.<br>• Utilize expertise in very-large-scale integration to ensure optimal system performance.

• Over 10 years of experience in managing Salesforce integrations and CRM systems with a strong attention to detail.<br>• Strong knowledge of client-side scripting, cloud technologies, and security protocols.<br>• Proven expertise in data maintenance, automation, and workflow optimization.<br>• Familiarity with ERP systems and SharePoint workflows.<br>• Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant technologies.<br>• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.<br>• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br>• All candidates required to undergo a pre-employment screening process as per organizational requirements.
