<p>The <strong>Enterprise Test Lead</strong> reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Performance Operations & Deployment and partners closely with the Test Lead team to support <strong>Go-Live readiness</strong>, roadmap initiatives, and urgent ad-hoc testing efforts.</p><p>This role is responsible for <strong>driving structure, clarity, and momentum across enterprise testing activities</strong> by coordinating with Business teams, Technology (TID), vendors, and testers. The Test Lead ensures high-quality testing practices, provides visibility into progress and risks, and facilitates day-to-day execution to support reliable delivery.</p><p>Key responsibilities include developing and managing test strategies and plans, enabling test tooling and dashboards, supporting stand-ups, overseeing execution and defect management, and providing clear communication to leadership and stakeholders.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Planning & Strategy</p><ul><li>Gather inputs from Business, TID, and vendors to develop and review <strong>test strategies, plans, and test cases</strong></li><li>Define testing scope, timelines, effort estimates, and quality metrics</li><li>Establish and maintain testing standards and best practices</li><li>Ensure test tools are properly configured and used to generate accurate metrics and reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Test Leadership & Management</p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate <strong>day-to-day testing activities</strong></li><li>Partner with Business Unit leaders to define tasks, review progress, and address issues</li><li>Ensure testers have appropriate <strong>tool access and training</strong></li><li>Facilitate daily stand-ups and provide ongoing guidance and feedback to testers</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Execution & Defect Management</p><ul><li>Oversee execution of test cycles and ensure tests are properly loaded, tracked, and controlled</li><li>Maintain traceability and auditability of testing outcomes</li><li>Lead defect identification, documentation, tracking, resolution, and re-testing</li><li>Facilitate defect triage with internal teams and external partners as needed</li></ul><p>Communication & Reporting</p><ul><li>Provide clear, consistent updates on </li><li><strong>test status, risks, issues, and progress</strong> to leadership and stakeholders</li><li>Prepare and deliver daily status reports and targeted summaries as required</li><li>Facilitate discussions with Product Owners, vendors, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and provide feedback</li><li>Lead kickoffs, stand-ups, and cross-functional communications to drive engagement and accountability</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li>Monitor testing progress and adjust plans in collaboration with Business, TID, and vendors</li><li>Perform spot-check reviews of completed tests to assess quality and completeness</li><li>Coach test teams on best practices and continuous improvement</li><li>Ensure test environments are properly set up and maintained</li><li>Contribute to ongoing enhancements of enterprise testing processes and methodologies</li></ul><p><br></p>
