In this role, you will apply your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations to support, troubleshoot, and implement ERP systems. If you have a strong background in techno-functional solutions and a passion for optimizing business processes, this opportunity is perfect for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations, ensuring smooth system operations.</p><p>• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical challenges directly within the application.</p><p>• Assist end users by addressing their queries and providing solutions in a production environment. • Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of system modules, workflows, and security roles.</p><p>• Utilize Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools to manage and improve ERP performance.</p><p>• Develop and maintain electronic reporting frameworks and data management strategies.</p><p>• Participate in the integration of Power Platform and Dataverse to enhance system functionality.</p><p>• Perform basic object-oriented programming tasks to support system customizations.</p><p>• Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and decision-making.</p><p>• Work with support tickets to ensure timely resolution and documentation of issues.</p><p>0013416067</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance &amp; Operations in a support or functional capacity. </p><p>• Strong knowledge of system navigation, modules, and standard functionality within D365 F&amp;O. </p><p>• Proficiency in Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Administration, and D365 Electronic Reporting. </p><p>• Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, sales, or supply chain. • Familiarity with object-oriented programming and Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Entra. </p><p>• Experience with integrating Power Platform and Dataverse solutions. </p><p>• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and collaborate across teams. </p><p>• Microsoft D365 F&amp;O functional certification is preferred but not mandatory. </p><p><br></p><p>Compensation &amp; benefits</p><p>This is a permanent and permanent position that includes a base salary between $110 - 120k, stock program, education and training program, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation time.
