Advertising QA/QC Analyst
<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Our agency client is looking for a Freelance Advertising QA/QC Analyst to start immediately! This is a short term contract, providing project-based support and hours can vary from 15-37.5 hrs per week. Availabilities during 9-5pm EST business hours are required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p><p>The Freelance Advertising QA/QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the precision, functionality, and effectiveness of our digital advertising campaigns. This role will focus on reviewing, testing, and analyzing digital ad assets to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive QA/QC checks on digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media ads, HTML Banners, interactive, and animated ads</li><li>Identify and document issues such as broken links, formatting errors, incorrect targeting, and discrepancies between the ad creative and the final output.</li><li>Ensure all digital ad materials adhere to platform-specific guidelines and industry standards (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).</li><li>Develop and execute test plans to verify ad functionality, including cross-device and cross-browser compatibility, ad tracking and analytics, and user experience.</li><li>Create detailed reports on QA/QC findings, including error logs, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Work closely with digital marketers, creative teams, and developers to address issues, implement fixes, and optimize ad performance.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and enhance QA/QC processes and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall campaign quality.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li> 3+ years of advertising QA/QC experience; ideally in ad agency or similar</li><li> In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technologies </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in digital ad campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in QA/QC tools and methodologies specific to digital advertising.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ad tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, tags).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><p><br></p>
