<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree or diploma, with a certification (or willingness to pursue) in Adult Education</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder consultation and relationship management</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing large-scale training programs across multiple modalities</li><li>Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia (preferred)</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness</li><li>Insurance industry experience is considered an asset</li><li>Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset</li></ul><p>•<strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid work model with occasional travel to offsite locations</li><li>Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and scope of the role; total rewards extend beyond base salary</li><li>AI tools may be utilized as part of the recruitment process</li></ul><p> <strong>Our Commitment</strong></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive and accessible hiring practices.
