We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the education sector. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.<br>• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage workflows effectively.<br>• Oversee budget processes and ensure financial targets are met with accuracy.<br>• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.<br>• Manage change processes and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout project lifecycles.<br>• Ensure the successful integration of ERP and CRM systems within the project framework.<br>• Leverage cloud and Cisco technologies to develop innovative project solutions.<br>• Conduct AB testing to validate project strategies and optimize performance.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the education sector or related industries.<br>• Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and change management practices.<br>• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.<br>• Experience with Cisco technologies and AB testing strategies.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams.<br>• Ability to handle complex projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
