You will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing strategic and operational human resources support.</p><p>Your key responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Partner with leaders to provide expert guidance on employee and labour relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.</li><li>Develop and deliver HR solutions aligned to strategic goals.</li><li>Lead and support initiatives related to performance management, leadership development, and recruitment strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with union partners and provide advice rooted in fairness and compliance.</li><li>Conduct investigations and help foster positive workplace relationships.</li><li>Support change initiatives and drive strategies that strengthen culture and employee engagement.</li></ul><p>This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a hybrid work schedule. <ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.</li><li>Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labour relations, including union grievance handling and collective bargaining agreements.</li><li>Proven ability to conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.</li><li>Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in change management and supporting cultural shifts.</li><li>Solid understanding of performance management and leadership development strategies.</li><li>Excellent consultative and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>
