We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead diverse projects within the public sector in Ottawa, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to set up or work within structured processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of various projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.<br>• Establish and implement robust structures and processes to improve organizational efficiency.<br>• Create detailed and accurate project reports to communicate progress and outcomes effectively.<br>• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment of new systems, software, and hardware.<br>• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies to tailor project approaches to specific needs.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud technologies, CRM systems, and ERP solutions.<br>• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.<br>• Coordinate quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all deliverables.<br>• Drive strategy implementation to meet organizational goals and enhance operational performance.<br>• Use tools such as Atlassian Jira to facilitate project tracking and team collaboration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the public sector.<br>• Proficiency in digital transformation initiatives, including system setups and optimizations.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian Jira and cloud technologies.<br>• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM systems, and budget management.<br>• Excellent communication skills with a dynamic and proactive personality.<br>• Ability to work independently and take initiative in challenging environments.
