Help Desk Analyst II
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will provide technical support to both onsite and remote users, ensuring seamless operation of network systems and software applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across a variety of platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Offer comprehensive technical support to end-users via in-person, virtual, and remote methods, resolving hardware and software issues.<br>• Manage and maintain Cisco networking technologies, including switches and routers.<br>• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, overseeing user permissions and account setups.<br>• Conduct imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops, ensuring systems are configured appropriately.<br>• Utilize SolarWinds for ticketing and monitoring network performance.<br>• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications, addressing updates and technical concerns.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, Mac computers, and other hardware.<br>• Implement and manage Intune for device updates and compliance settings.<br>• Monitor network systems, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any disruptions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service desk and deskside support to a large user base.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.<br>• Proficiency in Cisco technologies, including switches and routers.<br>• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.<br>• Strong knowledge of imaging processes for desktops and laptops.<br>• Familiarity with SolarWinds or similar ticketing systems.<br>• Expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.<br>• Ability to support Citrix environments and Mac computers.<br>• Experience with Intune implementation and device management.
