The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the global appliance industry, including supplier networks, manufacturing processes, and market trends. This role requires a proactive individual with strong connections in the sector and a proven ability to negotiate, vet suppliers, and identify strategic opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Identify and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers within the global appliance sector.<br>• Assess supplier capabilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and category requirements.<br>• Introduce innovative product categories and market opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.<br>• Analyze costs, lead times, and supplier capacity to maintain a competitive edge.<br>• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.<br>• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms and conditions.<br>• Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and timelines.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to drive business growth.

• Extensive experience in sourcing and supplier management within the global appliance industry.<br>• Strong understanding of supplier networks, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.<br>• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with international suppliers.<br>• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and compliance requirements.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate costs, lead times, and supplier capabilities.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.<br>• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for sourcing and supplier management.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
