We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data modeling to deliver insightful dashboards and reports. If you are passionate about creating impactful visualizations and driving data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Databricks models.<br>• Execute data transformations to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.<br>• Refine and finalize data models to ensure compatibility with Power BI.<br>• Design and implement advanced DAX formulas to create key performance indicators (KPIs).<br>• Build visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards that align with best practices.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.<br>• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the reporting process.<br>• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for optimizing dashboard performance.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power BI.<br>• Proficiency in DAX technologies and advanced data modeling techniques.<br>• Strong understanding of best practices in dashboarding and data visualization.<br>• Hands-on experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Databricks.<br>• Proven ability to create complex reports and actionable insights.<br>• Familiarity with designing KPIs and metrics to support business goals.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
