We are looking for a skilled UKG Implementation Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing ERP and CRM systems to meet business needs. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring seamless system integration, effective collaboration, and robust training for end users. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test cases for NetSuite modules, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Demand-to-Build (D2B), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Maintain a centralized repository for workflows, test results, training materials, exceptions, and customization documentation. • Collaborate with vendors to communicate business requirements effectively and ensure timely resolution of tasks, even in cases of team changes. • Design and deliver tailored training sessions to support user adoption of new systems and workflow processes. • Identify appropriate stakeholders for technical discussions, organize meetings, and document key decisions and action items. • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability for ongoing actions. • Adapt to evolving project requirements, such as learning new technologies or processes independently. • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring they function seamlessly. • Coordinate with IT teams to address system access issues and ensure smooth cross-team communication. • Identify areas for process improvement and work with vendors to implement system enhancements.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting and cloud technologies. • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, including NetSuite and related integrations. • Experience with Microsoft technologies and JavaScript. • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). • Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and process automation. • Knowledge of very-large-scale integration (VLSI) and security best practices. • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project needs. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with vendors, stakeholders, and end users.
