Lead Qualifier
<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Our client in the manufacturing industry in London, Ontario is looking for a <strong>Lead Qualifier</strong> for a 3 month initial contract. This is a hybrid opportunity working in the London or Guelph offices, and the selected candidate must be able to commute to London for initial onboarding.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p><p>This role is responsible for reviewing, researching, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads within our Salesforce CRM system. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process, ensuring high-quality prospects are identified and routed to the appropriate sales representatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads using <strong>BANT criteria</strong> to determine sales readiness.</li><li>Research prospects to gather key insights (budget authority, business needs, buying timeline).</li><li>Prioritize and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives using Salesforce workflows.</li><li>Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during all interactions.</li><li>Track lead qualification outcomes and conversion metrics to identify patterns and opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and contact records in <strong>Salesforce CRM</strong>.</li><li>Monitor channel partner pricing compliance using software tools like <strong>PriceSpider</strong> or equivalent.</li><li>Flag violations of <strong>Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)</strong> policies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.</li><li>Provide insights to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and funnel performance.</li><li>Support outbound campaigns by validating and enriching lead data as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Prior experience in lead qualification, sales support, or customer-facing roles.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Familiarity with BANT qualification methodology.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Proficient in researching companies and contacts using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.</li><li>Experience using MAP monitoring tools (e.g., PriceSpider) or understanding of pricing compliance policies.</li></ul>
