Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management. The role is fully onsite and requires someone with strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and prescreen applications to identify candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective employees.<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes, including setting up new hires and entering their information into the company’s software system.<br>• Prepare and maintain comprehensive onboarding files for new employees.<br>• Ensure compliance with ministry regulations and company policies.<br>• Perform extensive data entry tasks, including collecting and organizing employee information.<br>• Update and manage employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Assist in maintaining HR documentation and supporting various administrative tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative roles.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Proficiency in handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR software systems.<br>• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.<br>• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.<br>• Background in human resources administration is considered an asset.
