As a valued member, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support, ensuring seamless operations while swiftly addressing hardware and software challenges.</p><p>This fast-paced role calls for outstanding communication skills, a solid foundation in IT systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while contributing to a collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates must possess a <strong>valid driver’s license</strong> and <strong>access to their reliable vehicle</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose, resolve, and provide solutions for technical issues related to <strong>hardware</strong>, <strong>software</strong>, and <strong>network connectivity</strong>.</li><li>Deliver expert-level support for <strong>Microsoft Windows 10</strong> and the <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong>, optimizing system performance and reliability.</li><li>Perform diagnostic and repair services for desktop and laptop <strong>hardware</strong>, ensuring operational continuity.</li><li>Leverage IT ticketing systems to <strong>track</strong>, <strong>prioritize</strong>, and <strong>manage service requests efficiently</strong>.</li><li>Investigate and mitigate <strong>network-related problems</strong>, including connectivity and device communication issues.</li><li>Support and manage <strong>Active Directory</strong>, printers, and other critical components in the IT infrastructure.</li><li>Utilize <strong>Agile methodologies</strong>, like Scrum, to streamline task management and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Provide technical guidance for <strong>Mac computers</strong> and other devices as required.</li><li>Conduct regular system checks to maintain a <strong>secure</strong>, optimized, and reliable IT environment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members to implement solutions that enhance operations and support IT processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.</p><p>• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, including desktops and laptops.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and IT ticketing systems.</p><p>• Familiarity with Active Directory, network architecture, and TCP/IP protocols.</p><p>• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.</p><p>• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is an asset.</p><p>• Understanding of Mac computers and their integration within IT systems.</p>
