Responsibilities: • Weigh incoming and outgoing waste materials, ensuring precise measurements are taken. • Maintain accurate records of waste types and weights for inventory and compliance purposes. • Adhere to all health and safety protocols while performing daily responsibilities. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with great attention to detail. • Input data accurately into software systems to ensure seamless tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain operational efficiency. • Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies related to waste handling or documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. • At least one year of experience in a similar role; experience in the waste management sector is an asset. • Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Word and Outlook. • Strong numerical and data entry skills with a sharp eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. • Ability to handle inbound calls and email correspondence professionally. • A positive and approachable attitude that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.
