<p><strong>What You’ll Bring to the Role</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Commerce. </li><li>CPA designation required.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in progressively responsible finance roles, including 3–4 years of team leadership experience. Exposure to manufacturing industries is mandatory.</li><li>Proven Financial & Analytical Expertise: A strong standing in preparing and analyzing operating plans, forecasts, and margin performance.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Adept at guiding cross-functional teams and operational departments toward financial efficiencies and operational goals.</li></ul><p><br></p>
