This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and financial management, capable of driving efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrate expertise in managing budgets, capital investments, and financial systems. Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.• Oversee capital management processes to ensure optimal allocation of resources and investments.• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records and generate detailed reports.• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across all reporting and accounting activities.• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Monitor and manage financial risks, providing insights to mitigate potential impacts on the business.• Develop and implement strategies to improve cost control and profitability.• Support audits and provide accurate documentation to external and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Certifications such as CPA are considered an asset.• Strong knowledge of budget processes, capital management, and financial reporting.• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses and accounting functions effectively.• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments.
