We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Administrator to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure in Etobicoke, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of our network systems. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain network systems, including routers, firewalls, and other related hardware. • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from potential threats. • Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments to ensure seamless operation. • Design and deploy identity and access management solutions, including multi-factor authentication and network access control. • Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks. • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage backup and recovery solutions. • Provide technical support and resolve complex network-related issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with emerging network and security technologies to recommend and implement improvements. • Document system configurations and maintain accurate records of network changes and updates.

• College or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration. • Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and encryption technologies. • Hands-on experience with security technologies, including identity and endpoint protection, IAM, and multi-factor authentication. • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for system automation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
