<p>A growing real estate group in Nisku is seeking a <strong>Property Accountant</strong> for a full-time contract role, with potential to become permanent. This position supports the full-cycle accounting of multiple commercial properties and corporate entities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, month-end)</li><li>Corporate chargebacks across multiple companies</li><li>GST, WCB, and property tax filings</li><li>Tenant invoicing and occupancy cost calculations</li><li>Amortization and loan schedules</li><li>Support property acquisitions and disposals (insurance, utilities, legal coordination)</li><li>Liaise with external auditors and insurers</li><li>Prepare financial reports using Sage 50</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested </li></ul>
