Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will handle administrative and customer service tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This position offers a quiet work environment with opportunities for independent work and collaboration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and digitally file paperwork, including service technician documents, reorders, and reschedules, ensuring accurate post-order processing for invoice generation.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the system.<br>• Activate and manage customer lockouts by following established procedures to ensure timely releases and adjustments.<br>• Provide support at the reception area, greeting scheduled visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office and in-house software to complete daily tasks, with training provided on internal systems.<br>• Handle email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and provide excellent service.<br>• Ensure all tasks are completed in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quiet and focused environment.<br>• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative roles is an asset.<br>• Comfortable learning and using in-house software with provided training.<br>• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.<br>• Ability to maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and team members.
