This position offers the opportunity to support clients during difficult times by accurately and efficiently processing insurance claims. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive, and committed to high-quality service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collect and document claim details accurately.</li><li>Use Office 365 and Guidewire to process claims and maintain records.</li><li>Communicate compassionately with clients, providing clear information and support.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to meet processing timelines.</li><li>Navigate internal systems with provided training.</li><li>Review claims carefully to ensure policy compliance.</li><li>Maintain a positive, supportive attitude when assisting distressed clients.</li><li>Adapt to a dynamic environment and handle challenges resourcefully.</li></ul>
