<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or professional designation considered an asset).</li><li>5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, business operations, or a related industry.</li><li>Knowledge of Alberta’s healthcare environment, standards, and compliance requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
